Chairman of the Board
Mr. Malka is shareholder & president of AM-DASC LTD. A privately owned defense & security consulting firm, providing professional consultancy to various customers in the defense and security segments. Mr. Malka is the Chairman of the Board of Plasan Sasa Ltd. and of Logic Industries Ltd. and a board member in IDB Development Corporation Ltd. and in Bank Otsar Ha-Hayal. Mr. Malka Retired from the IDF in 2002 as Maj.Gen., served as head of the IDF Ground Forces Command, and later as Director of Defense Intelligence, a post he held until his retirement in 2002. As part of his service, Mr. Malka was responsible for "National Assessment" and was a member of the Prime Minister's and Minister of Defense cabinets and IDF Joint Staff. In 2001, he was awarded the U.S. Legion of Merit by the U.S. President, "for exceptionally meritorious conduct in the performance of outstanding service".

Co-Founder, Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Gaist is a senior information security expert and a gifted individual. Nir holds significant practical experience after serving as a security consultant to some of the largest Israelis organizations as the Israeli Police, the Israeli parliament, Microsoft and others. Nir has a vast experience in penetrating communication networks for risk management purposes, as well as deep knowledge in security breaches and unknown threats. Mr. Nir Gaist has founded Nyotron in an early age, and today he is a shareholder in the company and serving as the Chief Technology Officer and as a member of board. |

Mr. Gaist is a founder of Nyotron Information Security Company.
Ofer led Nyotron's operations since the company's first days.
Additionally, Ofer is a shareholder and a board member at Gaist Information
Security Ltd., a privately owned company provides information security professional services. Mr. Gaist completed his military service in the Israeli Armored Corps. Today, Mr. Ofer Gaist he is a certified system engineer, serving as both Nyotron's Chief Operations Officer and as a member of board. |

Chief Finance Officer
Mr. Walach is the Chief Finance Officer of Nyotron Information Security Ltd. Prior to being named CFO, Oran served as a financial analyst in Giza group Ltd., Hi Tech & Venture Capital Fund Analyst in Ofek Securities and Investments Ltd., and as a Credit Analyst in United Mizrahi Bank Ltd. Later he founded First Arrow, a hedge fund focusing on the US stock markets. Oran holds a Bachelors degree in Economics with honors and an MBA with honors, majoring in finance and marketing. Oran Joined Nyotron Information Security Ltd. in its early days and is also a member of board. |
