As a graduate of the Israeli military academy, Mr. Meni Ganis joined the Israeli Defence Force in 1980 and after a short career in the IDF he completed his Philosophy, Logic, Metaphysics & Ethics studies in Israel and Business Studies in the UK. With long career in Business and Information Technology Mr. Ganis was the managing director and CEO of a number of successful IT companies. In Nyotron, Mr. Ganis is responsible for developing and implementing strategies and managing the overall operations and resources of the company. |

Co-Founder, Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Gaist is a senior information security expert and a gifted individual. Nir holds significant practical experience after serving as a security consultant to some of the largest Israelis organizations as the Israeli Police, the Israeli parliament, Microsoft and others. Nir has a vast experience in penetrating communication networks for risk management purposes, as well as deep knowledge in security breaches and unknown threats. Mr. Nir Gaist has founded Nyotron in an early age, and today he is a shareholder in the company and serving as the Chief Technology Officer and as a member of board. |

Mr. Gaist is a founder of Nyotron Information Security Company.
Ofer led Nyotron's operations since the company's first days.
Additionally, Ofer is a shareholder and a board member at Gaist Information
Security Ltd., a privately owned company provides information security professional services. Mr. Gaist completed his military service in the Israeli Armored Corps. Today, Mr. Ofer Gaist he is a certified system engineer, serving as both Nyotron's Chief Operations Officer and as a member of board. |

VP, Security Research
As a graduate of the Israel Institute of Technology ("Technion"), Mr. Nathanel Mori joined the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) in 2005 as a corporate officer in IDF's headquarters, overseeing the organization's largest cross-army connectivity projects, integrating dozens of command and control systems together. Three years later, Nathanel moved to the Information Security and Encryption Center, where he spearheaded two of the largest-ever security projects in the Middle East. In Nyotron, Mr. Nathanel is responsible for leading the company's research department into achieving the first-ever sustainable, purely heuristic protection layer. |

VP, R&D
Mr. Michael Bernat is an experienced software engineer, with a vast work history. Michael completed 2 bachelor degrees: One in Computer Science, and another in Electrical Engineering at the Technion. Having a penchant for tackling the unknown, Mr. Bernat pursued some of the business's toughest challenges, including development of pure random encryption mechanisms while assuming VP R&D roles at other startups. Checkpoint hired Mr. Bernat in 2007 as senior team leader, in charge of implementing new concepts in Intrusion Prevention Systems, spearheading new solutions against DDoS attacks. Currently, Michael leads the development at Nyotron and is in charge, among others, of implementing its revolutionary Behavior Patterns Map engine. |
